Maine Direct Admissions programs simplify the admission process for promising students across Maine by eliminating it entirely! Through this program, students from participating programs are automatically considered for admission to the University of Maine System (UMS) universities without filling out an application, submitting essays, recommendations, or test scores, or paying application fees.
No application necessary
Maine High School Students
Qualifying Maine high school students and those who have successfully completed Early College coursework at one of Maine’s Public Universities are automatically considered for admission.
Maine 4H Program Students
Maine twelfth graders who actively participate in selected 4H programming across Maine will be automatically considered for admission to all seven University of Maine System Universities.
Maine Community College Students
Students on track to complete their associate’s degrees in selected Maine Community College System programs are automatically considered for admission to University of Maine System Universities.
