Today I’m following up on my January 31 message about our system-wide strategic plan to share the first draft of that document with you.

Strategic Plan Draft #1
Two notes as you read:
- This is a draft. Nothing about it is final, and as you’ll see, there is ample room for new content and the refinement of existing content. We want and need your feedback to improve the plan as the writing team prepares to develop the second draft.
- We are employing a mechanism to collect your anonymous feedback, all of which will be shared with every member of the writing team. While you can share your thoughts and ideas at any time, feedback received by Tuesday, March 21 will be particularly helpful to the writing team as they work on the second draft of the plan, which will be circulated for your consideration in early April.
I encourage all of you to read the draft and share your thoughts. Thank you for your engagement in this vitally important effort.
