We are pleased to announce that the implementation of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) to replace HireTouch as the University of Maine System (UMS) employee Recruiting platform was successfully completed on July 1. From sourcing and screening candidates to managing offers and setting up new hires in the system, this major Repaving MaineStreet milestone empowers us to attract, engage, and hire top talent.

- Post-Go-Live Training: Oracle Cloud training is available on-demand via online user guides and videos (including navigation guides), and step-by-step guidance is accessible while using the application via Oracle Guided Learning.
- Feedback Mechanism: We have established a feedback form to capture questions and input for further improvements. This will be monitored closely post-go-live to help ensure a smooth transition.
