The IT Help Desk is your single point of contact for reporting issues and receiving assistance with all IT services. You can contact us by Phone, LiveChat, or Email, or you can submit a request for assistance online. Please visit ITSupport.maine.edu for more information about these options.
We have realigned our resources to better support your teaching, learning and work activities and provide the support you need no matter where you work from. We are providing ongoing training to our help desk staff to be able to help anyone from any campus.
