Payroll Schedule
- Monthly: Salaried staff and faculty are paid monthly on the last business day of the month.
- Biweekly: Hourly, student workers and other temporary staff are paid on a biweekly basis.

For timesheet entries, to sign up for direct deposit, view paychecks and more, access Employee Self-Service at mycampus.maine.edu (Intranet Site).
PeopleSearch Directory
To request an update to the PeopleSearch directory, complete and submit an Individual Data Sheet (External Site) and upload via our secure SharePoint site (External Site)
Repayment of Pay Received in Error
To repay the University for an overpayment of wages via debit card, visit Repay Payroll via Debit Card (External Site)
Verification of Employment
Visit Employment Verification Information to request verifications of employment.
Form W-2 Annual Wage and Tax Statement
Forms W-2 will be mailed no later than January 31st for active employees who have not consented to receive the form electronically. Former employees must submit this form to change address for Form W-2: Individual Data Sheet (External Site) and upload via our secure SharePoint site (External Site).
