University of Maine System Hazard Mitigation Plan 2022 Update
Resolution
Whereas, natural and man-made disasters may occur at any time, we recognize that to lessen the impacts of these disasters we will save resources, property and lives on the campuses of the University System;
And whereas the creation of a Hazard Mitigation Plan is necessary for the development of a risk assessment and effective mitigation strategy;
And whereas, the seven campuses of the University System and the System Office are committed to the mitigation goals and measures presented in this plan;
Therefore the President of the (Insert university/campus name) campus and the Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration hereby adopts the 2022 University of Maine System Hazard Mitigation Plan.
