For University of Maine System Account Issues

  • Are you a continuing student having trouble logging in? Have you received your ID number and activation key by email, but have encountered an issue in the activation process? Contact our IT Help Desk.
  • Do you need to activate your UMS account for the first time? Email ums.ec.activate@maine.edu for assistance. Please provide your full (legal) name, date of birth, and high school name to help us locate your account.
