About Your CRA

Jen (she/they) comes to the University of Maine from a small Midwestern liberal arts university where she was an associate professor. As the former director of the university’s women’s resource center, they provided education and resources for menstrual and sexual health and sexual violence prevention as well as served on the campus sexual violence prevention taskforce and bystander intervention team. Jen also was a volunteer advocate for local sexual violence services, supporting survivors through a crisis line and in hospitals.

As a Confidential Resource Advisor, Jen provides identity-affirming assistance to those impacted by interpersonal violence. Her goal is to help students and employees access the support they need and find their own path to healing after violence.

Jen is also the CRA for the University of Maine.
