The following guidelines have been developed by the Board Office to provide details for Board of Trustees and Board Committee meetings and the process for submission of meeting materials. Meeting Material Deadlines
The Board of Trustees and Board Committee meeting dates are set on a 2-year cycle to ensure that everyone has ample time to plan to attend the meeting and prepare meeting materials for submission by the posted deadlines. The Board Calendar provides the Board of Trustees and Board Committee meeting dates as well as the meeting material due dates.
